Brian serves as EVERFI’s Global Chief Marketing Officer and leads an integrated marketing team that includes brand development, creative services, demand generation, communications, and marketing operations. Over his 6+ at EVERFI, he has grown the marketing organization from a startup unit of to a high-impact organization of over 50 team members.
Brian also served as President of EVERFI’s Sports and Entertainment Group and led the development of a network that now includes partnerships with the NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, MiLB, the Premier League, and over 100 associated professional sports clubs. Through partnerships with sports leagues, teams, coaches, athletes and entertainers, EVERFI now trains over 2.5 million K-12 students each year.
As a long-time marketer, Brian has developed a passion for building powerful global brands, fostering loyal communities and growing revenue. He has led B2C and B2B marketing teams in the sports marketing industry, in the automotive sector with Land Rover North America, and in the educational technology industries with IBM and Blackboard. Prior to joining EVERFI, he spent six years expanding Blackboard’s global education impact while overseeing branding, communications, demand generation and marketing operations practices.
Brian has developed strong global perspective and experience having grown up in Thailand, Venezuela and South Africa, and having traveled to over 50 countries. As a Georgetown University undergrad and business school alum, Brian is a passionate Hoya hoops fan. He and his wife live in Chevy Chase, MD and embrace all things outdoors with their two boys.
