Craig has more than 20 years of executive leadership and technology experience. He led several roles as part of the Blackboard Executive team for 15 years, where he oversaw their Student Lifecycle Services business for 7 years and grew it to more than $60MM of annual revenue.

Craig regularly guest lectures at universities on creating exceptional customer service practices within a company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Tech Impact, a technology service provider for non-profit organizations that also oversees career training for economically disadvantaged adults. Craig also advises undergraduate students at the University of Maryland.
