Lauren leads the entirety of the post-sale customer experience with a centralized team that drives a vision for a best-in-class experience for all EVERFI customers. Lauren’s team encompasses over 135 professionals spanning Account Management, Renewals and Expansions, Professional Services, Support, Customer Success Management and Operations, Education Services, and Voice of the Customer. These teams help drive strategy and growth, drive continuous value and adoption, and maximize retention and lifetime value, from onboarding and implementation, through support and engagement, and through to renewal and expansion. Previously at EVERFI, Lauren has held multiple leadership roles focused on helping to build and scale the impact of EVERFI’s business and learning solutions.

Prior to EVERFI, Lauren led account management teams for some of the world’s largest advertising agencies including J. Walter Thompson and Grey Worldwide, and helped to develop breakthrough, award-winning marketing campaigns and new business pitches for major brands including JetBlue, Pfizer, Nokia, and Rolex. Lauren has over 20 years of experience in account management, professional services, sales and new business development, and marketing and communications strategy – plus a short stint living overseas doing development work and learning to make a mean tagine.

Lauren earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Communications with magna cum laude honors from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. She lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband and two sons.
