When I started Click 4 Compliance in 2006, I wanted to do something that no other company was doing: provide enterprise businesses with high-quality, practical, cost-effective, online compliance and ethics training courses‰ÛÒ without the complicated ‰ÛÏlegal-ese‰Û found in typical training programs. In 2015, we joined the Workplace Answers family and expanded our training library to include HR-focused courses, as well as courses for higher education.

EVERFI’s acquisition of LawRoom/Campus Clarity and now Workplace Answers/Campus Answers, will further expands EVERFI’s commitment to higher education, serving a combined 1,700 campuses, all of which will have access to the Campus Prevention Network, a nationwide initiative committed to creating safer, healthier communities.

EVERFI is committed to continuing Workplace Answers’ legacy of providing best-in-class online compliance training, subject matter expertise and client support.

Last year, EVERFI announced the acquisition of compliance education leader LawRoom, which expanded its corporate compliance portfolio to 1,100 and its higher ed portfolio to over 1,300 campuses.

The acquisition of Workplace Answers further expands on EVERFI’s commitment into both corporate compliance and higher ed, serving today over 1,900 corporations and 1,700 campuses, respectively.

Does this news mean that the course(s) my company currently implements are going away?

For the 2017 calendar year, all EVERFI and Workplace Answers courses and platforms will remain exactly the same. Our goal has always been to provide the best online compliance training for our clients, and we will continue to do so. That said, we will be reviewing all of our offerings to ensure that we’re giving you the best of what EVERFI and Workplace Answers have developed and allowing your organization to benefit from our suite of top of the line compliance programs.

Does this mean my company CAN use different courses?

We would be happy to talk to you about our broader set of course offerings. We look forward to helping you find the best compliance initiatives for your company.

Does this mean my company has to use a different platform?

For 2017, you will continue to use your existing LMS and its full range of functionality. As a leading education technology company that serves millions of learners, EVERFI will offer changes and upgrades to your platform in the months to come.

Does this mean that my company will be assigned to a new person to manage our account?

Our clients are our top priority during this transition and we’re all committed to making it as seamless as possible for you. For the remainder of 2017, you will continue to work with your Workplace Answers account team. As we work to combine the teams, your main point of contact may change down the line, but we will notify you of any changes well in advance and plan a smooth handoff.

How will this impact the employee and administrator experience in the short term?

There will be no immediate impact. However, we will be reviewing all EVERFI and Workplace Answers courses and platforms to ensure we are providing our clients with the best we have to offer moving forward.

Will the level of service I have come to expect from Workplace Answers change?

EVERFI is known throughout the industry for top-notch client service and they understand how the WPA team values the deep relationships we’ve built with our clients over the last 20 years.
