The Associate Account Executive, Enterprise supports the Enterprise Revenue Team to maximize new logo acquisition through prospecting, account mapping, initial sales calls, proposal development and follow up within the account to drive the sale – all of which drive the acquisition of new strategic customer, and contribute toward EVERFI achieving its entreprise revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Enterprise Team Lead throughout the sales process to identify top prospects and achieve quota target 
  • Prospect and identify strong opportunities in the Enterprise team’s territory by cold calling, creating and generating thoughtful email outreach
  • Build and cultivate positive relationships with prospects through a consultative process. This includes organizing and participating in on-site meetings and presentations with potential customers, as needed and in support of the Enterprise, Vice President Lead
  • Support customers in the evaluation process by articulating the value of EVERFI’s solutions and explaining how they can address their specific needs
  • Manage a  robust pipeline of qualified accounts and active conversations in support of the Enterprise, Vice President Lead to assess readiness to buy in each account and drive mutually agreeable closing date with prospects
  • Gather, document and provide market feedback to internal teams to help tailor and refine products
  • Coordinate on-boarding of new clients with the Account Management team by providing comprehensive service plans and seamless transitions. This includes clearly communicating and explaining why customer choose to partner with EVERFI and how they will measure success in their partnership with us
  • Represent the EVERFI brand alongside the Enterprise Vice President via client presentations and at events in a positive, substantive and enthusiastic manner
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of Account Management, Sales, or Sales Development Experience with a demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to build relationships with senior level executives and work well under pressure
  • Aspire to grow professionally through coaching and development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage a busy pipeline and meeting calendar
  • Competitive spirit and results-oriented
  • Ability to hit individual goals while staying invested in the team’s larger revenue success
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time
