Week 2: Taking + Managing RisksThis week students will learn to define the target market, identify the steps necessary to conduct market research, and conduct basic primary and secondary research. They'll be able to explain the importance of identifying competitors and determining a competitive advantage, as well as explain the importance of defining a target market segment.

Week 4: Careers + Higher EducationThis week students will gain a better understanding of the overall costs and benefits of continuing education beyond high school and to explore career options. They'll analyze various payment methods that are available to prospective students, including Federal Pell grants, federal loans, private loans, scholarships, and grants.
