But besides being liked, Jeff also grew LinkedIn’s membership base from 33M to more than 675M, increased its revenue from $78M to over $7.5B. Throughout his career, Jeff has pioneered the concept of compassionate management as a way to build better teams and better companies. With the belief that compassion is a skill that can be taught, he started The Compassion Project, a non-profit on a mission to ensure that every primary school student in the US understands what compassion is and how to practice it in their lives. In this session, we’ll learn about the benefits of leading with compassion, and why compassion education is so important as a means to build better companies and a better world.
