Workplace Health and Safety Training
You can help protect your employees from injury and illness with training that increases safety awareness and promotes safe behaviors. From OSHA compliance training to general ergonomics, we can provide safety training solutions for every industry to help reduce incidents and protect your organization from the high cost of noncompliance.
As of December 1, 2013, OSHA requires all employees to be trained on the new Hazardous Communication Standard (HCS) for labels and Safety Data Sheets. OSHA has adopted the United Nations’ Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals and made major changes to both labels and data sheets.
Everfi has developed a course to specifically cover these requirements. Our Hazardous Communication course covers the changes to Safety Data Sheets, labeling and the newly adopted Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
Workplace Bullying and Violence Prevention training teaches employees how to recognize, report and defuse situations—involving tense coworkers, employees or third-parties—before they erupt into workplace violence. This course equips your employees with vital knowledge that could save lives in your workplace.
Sexual harassment prevention training teaches employees how to identify, respond to, and report all forms of workplace harassment or discrimination. To foster a healthy workplace culture that encourages high-quality performance with ease, it is important to educate your employees on what constitutes workplace or sexual harassment, the different forms harassment can take, and how to effectively resolve the situation.
