EVERFI Inc., the leading social impact education innovator, today announced the appointment of Jesse Bridges as Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). In this capacity, she will serve as lead subject matter expert on DEI, expanding EVERFI’s thought leadership across the company’s corporate, financial, higher education, and K-12 networks. Jesse will also serve on EVERFI’s leadership team, fostering inclusive excellence within the company.
Jesse will be responsible for identifying emerging trends and best practices to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of EVERFI’s courses. This will include supporting content development, design of course activities, construction of course surveys, and data reporting. She will also oversee primary and secondary research studies, producing practical insights to drive impact among partners.

Prior to joining EVERFI, Jesse served as the Senior Director of Organizational Culture and Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Education Advisory Board (EAB). In this role, she developed and executed against an integrated diversity strategy that spanned talent management, community, and team member engagement and equity in customer offerings. She also served as the primary facilitator of learning experiences on DEI related topics.
Before joining EAB, Jesse served in higher education administration, most recently at Purdue University as the Associate Dean of Students. Her roles focused on access and equity issues ranging from civil rights compliance and the provision of ADA accommodations to advising students from underrepresented backgrounds.

Jesse earned her bachelor’s in Sociology, with a concentration in Spanish and African American Studies, and a master’s in Community and Mental Health Counseling, both from Ohio University.
