Today, leading education technology innovator, EVERFI Inc. announced the hiring of veteran finance executive Lisa Mayr to lead the company as Chief Financial Officer. Lisa joins EVERFI after an esteemed career in leadership roles in both public and privately-held companies.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and has held a number of leadership roles in both public and privately-held companies, such as LivingSocial, GeoEye (acquired by Digital Globe) and Towers Watson. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Arlington Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in the DC area with investments in a number of technology companies. Prior to her corporate roles, Lisa worked with Ernst & Young in their Transaction Advisory Services practice, focusing on investments in software, IT services, telecommunications and technology infrastructure. Most recently, Lisa served as the Chief Financial Officer at Blackboard, a global ed tech company owned by Providence Equity Partners.
