How do we make sure we're staying healthy on our screens?
In this 15-minute session we hear from Denise Roland of Intentionally Unplugged on the importance of setting healthy boundaries between us and our screens. With many of us spending more time on screens than ever before, we’ll explore the difference between active and passive screen use, combining social-emotional learning with digital literacy, and remembering to give ourselves and our students grace as we develop new habits and routines.
