The stakes of workplace culture lapses are high. Consider, for example, that the average company loses $22,500 in productivity per individual affected by harassment alone.

Key issues such as harassment and discrimination deserve a comprehensive prevention and compliance training strategy. Many well-intended workplace training approaches do not adequately address each of the critical areas needed to truly impact workplace culture.

This webinar highlights key considerations for decision-makers to use when evaluating training strategies and investments.

In addition we cover:

  • The five components of a comprehensive prevention and compliance training strategy
  • New benchmark data on training priorities across industries
  • The questions you must ask to maximize your investment in workplace culture training
