Lee is a seasoned C-suite executive and growth strategist with deep experience scaling for-profit and nonprofit organizations across education technology, SaaS, AI-enabled learning, certification, and consumer products and services. Throughout his career at organizations including Pearson, Scholastic, Learning Ally, and Kibeam, he has led and transformed global strategy, sales, marketing, product, technology, and operational functions to support rapid, technology-enabled growth and successful financial turnarounds within complex enterprises ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion in value.
Lee brings extensive experience leading end-to-end operational change, spanning international production, retail and e-commerce distribution, cost optimization, and margin expansion. His leadership has consistently delivered material cost reductions while improving profitability, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide modernization through process improvement, technology integration, and strategic partnerships. Known for building high-performing teams and strong governance, Lee has played a central role in securing investment, negotiating strategic partnerships, and executing complex transformations in fast-scaling, multi-location organizations.
