In this standalone introductory lesson, students learn about how to manage their health, how to advocate for themselves and their medical needs, and how physical and financial health are connected.
In this lesson, students learn the basics of health insurance and participate in a simulation around choosing medical coverage.
In this lesson, students learn how to prepare for a medical visit, including how to make an appointment, as well as what to do during and after a medical visit.
In this lesson, students learn strategies to avoid medical debt, how to review a medical bill and the options that one has for paying for medical services.
