Scholarship Contests for K-12 Students
Everfi and our network of strategic partners are investing more than $1.5 million in college savings scholarships to expand postsecondary access and strengthen financial opportunity for students. These scholarships translate education into real-world opportunity, connecting classroom learning to early wealth-building and removing barriers for students pursuing higher education. MassMutual Foundation FutureSmart Scholarship Contest
The MassMutual Foundation will be awarding 60 students with $1,000–$5,000 in educational funding. The FutureSmart Scholarship Contest is open to all middle school students (grades 6–8) who live in the U.S. or Puerto Rico. Students must complete at least three lessons from either FutureSmart or SmartEconomics, and apply their course learnings to respond to an essay question. Students must submit a 300–500-word essay for a chance to win. If they’re under 13, their parent or guardian must fill out the entry form.
Application Deadline: May 31, 2026
Prize: $1,000–$5,000 in educational funding
