Alina Hamden is the Vice President, Operations at EVERFI, where she leads strategic implementation, process optimization, and operational oversight to drive innovation and sustainable growth. Her work ensures seamless collaboration across departments, aligning internal operations with the company’s front-line impact and long-term business outcomes. 

With over a decade at EVERFI, Alina has built a reputation for delivering measurable results—streamlining workflows, increasing efficiency, and supporting initiatives that align with revenue and growth targets. She has played a key role in guiding the organization through multiple acquisitions and scaling operations to support evolving business needs. 

Before joining EVERFI, Alina managed U.S. State Department-funded diplomacy programs focused on the Middle East and North Africa. She holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara. 

Alina lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and two daughters.
