Hayley McKane has been a dedicated member of the EVERFI team since 2014. In her current role as Head of K-12 Activation, she leads initiatives to enhance educational experiences for students across the nation. Hayley has held several key positions at EVERFI including California Implementation Specialist and Regional Director of the West Coast.

Before joining EVERFI, Hayley worked at an edtech startup in Silicon Valley, where she supported educator and district partnerships. Her passion for education began during her five years as a middle school special education teacher in the Bay Area, where she taught math and science through Teach for America.

Hayley holds a B.A. in Television, Radio, & Film and Policy Studies from Syracuse University, and an M.A. in Special Education from Alliant International University. She resides in San Francisco with her husband and two sons and is an active supporter of their public education.
