Amber Osuba
Vice President, Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff
Amber Osuba is the Vice President of Strategy and Operations and Chief of Staff to Ellen Patterson, EVERFI’s President and General Manager. In her role, Amber oversees the alignment and execution of the company’s top priorities and initiatives, ensuring high-impact outcomes for learners, communities, customers, and EVERFI employees in service of the organization’s transformational mission.
During her ten-year tenure with EVERFI, Amber’s leadership has been defined by her ability to guide cross-functional teams to excellence during times of change, opportunity, and challenge. Her strategic vision and operational acumen have been instrumental in driving the company’s success.
Prior to joining EVERFI, Amber was an elementary school teacher in Jacksonville, Florida with Teach For America. She credits her time in the classroom with students and their families for igniting her passion for and commitment to equity in education.
Amber holds degrees from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications, and College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband and daughter. Amber is an active volunteer with Alexandria City Public Schools focused on elementary literacy programming.
