Anupam leads the Services and Support teams for EVERFI.  Over his five years at the company, his teams have been instrumental in enhancing customer experiences through onboarding, implementation, customization, education, professional services, and support.

As an engineer turned executive, Anupam holds more than 18 years of experience. His roles have spanned software development, functional architecture, strategy, operations, and executive leadership, effectively bridging technical services and business solutions to drive customer success.

Prior to EVERFI, Anupam led customer activation and validation teams for a healthcare company acquired by UnitedHealthcare and spent over a decade in education technology, focusing on consulting services.

Anupam grew up in Kobe, Japan and earned his Computer Engineering degree from Virginia Tech. He lives in the Washington D.C. area with his family.
