Carleen O’Reilly leads the South Region overseeing the strategy and execution of partnerships, including companies based in the southeast and EVERFI’s sports partnerships. Prior to her time at EVERFI, Carleen served at national nonprofits, including ALSAC/St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the American Red Cross, and Coaching for Literacy, overseeing the management, execution, and activation of sports partnerships, including leagues, media, and athletes, contributing to increased year-over-year fundraising and awareness growth. Her experience includes developing business strategies and proposals to engage corporate partners with causes while meeting partner objectives.  

Carleen earned a B.S. at the University of Maryland and an M.S. at Texas A&M University. She has more than 20 years of experience in partnerships with expertise in sponsorship activation, operation management, event production, and community relations. Carleen lives in Memphis, TN with her family and spends her free time at the barre studio, at her kids’ sporting events, and being outside as much as possible.
