Employee Resource Communities
EVERFI’s Employee Resource Communities support recruitment, development, goal attainment, and retention initiatives that are important to cultivate talented team members who bring unique and valuable perspectives. They promote key diversity and inclusion initiatives that recognize, respect and leverage the contributions of these respective communities as a competitive advantage.
Professionals of Color
The Professionals of Color Affinity Group aims to build a culture of excellence delivered through representation of the many faces, voices, and backgrounds of our employees and the communities we serve. The group’s mission is to foster a diverse and inclusive community for all employees and do so by: building a sense of community among professionals of color at EVERFI; driving advocacy for professionals of color with support from allies; and engaging in philanthropic activities aligned to the group’s diversity and inclusion goals.
The Working Parents Affinity Group is committed to creating an environment that is welcoming, accepting, and supportive of parents and places a high value on their advancement and representation at all levels of the organization. This group’s mission is to positively influence the environment, to ensure professional development, and to assist the organization in the recruitment and retainment of parents at every level of the organization.
The Pride Affinity Group provides the LGBTQIA+ community with a space that ensures EVERFI is a safe, supportive, accepting, and exemplary company. The group is committed to working to include, promote, and support LGBTQIA+ employees or those with LGBTQIA+ dependents. This group aims to create an intersectional workplace where all identities feel respected, are treated fairly, and are given the investment to excel in their careers while representing their whole selves. EVERFI Pride is celebrated year-round with a variety of global initiatives, and organizes professional and social functions to celebrate our unique identities.
EVERFI cares about the causes our employees are passionate about. We implement corporate philanthropy programs designed to engage employees and give back to the community. We do our best to make a positive impact in the world by supporting various charities and organizations.
Cycle for Survival
Together at EVERFI we ride to support Cycle for Survival to beat rare cancers. In 2019, the organization raised $42 million. Each dollar is directly allocated to rare cancer research.
EVERFI All-Staff Meeting
EVERFI employees came together to host a packing project with Feeding Children Everywhere. We worked together to bag healthy meals for those in need.
Each year EVERFI participates in a back to school backpack drive to provide kids and teens with backpacks and school supplies that their grade requires. Pictured here are teachers and there students celebrating all the school supplies they received for the year
