Elizabeth Bille
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Workplace Culture Network
Elizabeth Bille is an SVP at EVERFI from Blackbaud and the General Manager of the organization’s Workplace Culture Network, the workplace culture and compliance training business of EVERFI. In this role, Elizabeth oversees the business’s strategic direction and operations, as well as the sales and customer success teams. She also serves as the organization’s lead subject matter expert on preventing harassment and discrimination, fostering diversity, equity and inclusion, promoting ethical conduct, and creating positive workplace cultures.
Before coming to EVERFI, Elizabeth was the general counsel and chief ethics officer of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also served as a legal and policy advisor to the former Vice Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In this capacity, she provided advice to the EEOC regarding harassment, retaliation, and discrimination in the workplace and contributed to the development of EEOC regulations and enforcement guidance. Before joining the EEOC, Elizabeth counseled organizations of all sizes as labor and employment attorney at the global law firm of Hogan Lovells.
A national award-winning writer and highly rated speaker, she has advised and trained business leaders, attorneys, and government investigators on complex workplace issues, and her work has been cited by several news outlets including National Public Radio, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and the New York Times.
