Stefanie is the Head of Human Resources for our EVERFI and YourCause Teams reporting up through Blackbaud’s Chief People & Culture Officer with a focus on talent development and performance management, program management, and executive coaching. She is a boomerang with a combined tenure of 17 years with Blackbaud – EVERFI.

Stefanie has over 17 years of progressive strategic human resources experiences. She cares deeply about creating inclusive teams, she is agile, and is a valued coach and mentor to leaders. She began her career with Blackbaud in 2005 in talent acquisition and served in roles with benefits, program management, and HR business partnerships. With Blackbaud, she has worked in multiple locations across the globe and supported our international offices, allowing her to further appreciate the value of different viewpoints and experiences. In addition to Blackbaud, Stefanie worked with Amazon as an HR Business Partner supporting the Consumer Engagement teams.

Stefanie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina and holds an MS from the University of Tennessee. Stefanie is based in Austin, Texas.
