Steve Hufford is the Head of Corporate Finance for Blackbaud’s Corporate Impact Solutions group. In this role, he is responsible for partnering with the Corporate Impact leadership to help drive growth, profitability, and long-term financial success within the business. This includes owning budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Steve joined Blackbaud in 2011 and has held numerous roles spanning finance, strategy, and investor relations. He most recently was the Director of Investor Relations, and during his tenure the company significantly expanded sell-side research coverage, secured inclusion in the S&P 400 midcap index, published the company’s first social responsibility report incorporating ESG standards, and in 2023 was awarded “Best ESG Reporting” by IR Magazine.

Prior to joining Blackbaud, Steve worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Outside of Blackbaud, Steve is actively involved in volunteering his time with various organizations in the local Charleston community and currently serves as Board Treasurer for the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio State University.
